The problem

Projects belonged to individual people. Agencies had to invite everyone to every project one by one, and nobody had a shared view of the team’s work.

What’s better now

Lucidly now has workspaces. Create a workspace, add team members, and give each a role. Everyone sees the workspace’s projects and folders, and you can switch between workspaces in one click. Team members get an email when they’re added or their access changes, and projects they create show up for the workspace admins.
