How it works

A website commenting tool Grok can read

Most feedback tools stop at the comment. Someone still has to copy it into a ticket and explain it to a developer. With Lucidly, Grok works straight from what your client pinned.

  1. Clients comment on the page

They click anywhere on your live or staging site and pin a comment. No account, no extension.

  2. Lucidly captures the context

Every comment gets a screenshot, the page, the device, and a ticket number like LUC-42.

  3. Grok picks it up

Grok reads the ticket and screenshot over MCP, sums up what matters, replies, and tags the right person.

Try asking Grok

  • "Summarize this week's client feedback by page."
  • "What's still open before launch, and what's blocking?"
  • "Turn these QA notes into tickets on the pricing page."
  • "Tag @Jane on anything about the checkout flow."
