How it works

A website commenting tool Claude Cowork can read

Most feedback tools stop at the comment. Someone still has to copy it into a ticket and explain it to a developer. With Lucidly, Claude Cowork works straight from what your client pinned.

  1. Clients comment on the page

They click anywhere on your live or staging site and pin a comment. No account, no extension.

  2. Lucidly captures the context

Every comment gets a screenshot, the page, the device, and a ticket number like LUC-42.

  3. Claude Cowork picks it up

Claude Cowork reads the ticket and screenshot over MCP, sums up what matters, replies, and tags the right person.

Try asking Claude Cowork

  • "Every morning, summarize new client comments by project."
  • "Turn the notes from today's client call into tickets."
  • "Which projects have comments waiting on us?"
  • "Tag @Jane on anything about the checkout flow."
