How it works

A website commenting tool ChatGPT can read

Most feedback tools stop at the comment. Someone still has to copy it into a ticket and explain it to a developer. With Lucidly, ChatGPT works straight from what your client pinned.

  1. Clients comment on the page

They click anywhere on your live or staging site and pin a comment. No account, no extension.

  2. Lucidly captures the context

Every comment gets a screenshot, the page, the device, and a ticket number like LUC-42.

  3. ChatGPT picks it up

ChatGPT reads the ticket and screenshot over MCP, sums up what matters, replies, and tags the right person.

Try asking ChatGPT

  • "Summarize this week's client feedback by page."
  • "What's still open before launch, and what's blocking?"
  • "Turn these QA notes into tickets on the pricing page."
  • "Tag @Jane on anything about the checkout flow."

OpenAI offers developer mode on Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu, with full read and write support rolling out to workspace plans first. Check your plan's settings for Developer mode.
