Each comment gets a short ticket number so it's easy to reference.
The problem
There was no simple way to refer to a specific comment in a meeting, a message, or a commit.
What’s better now
Every comment now gets a ticket number within its project, shown on comment cards and the Kanban board. Saying “can you look at #42?” is all it takes.
