See when AI is working on a project

The problem

When a teammate connected an AI assistant to Lucidly, its work happened out of sight. Comments and statuses changed, but nobody could see that an assistant was working on the project right then.

What’s better now

When someone’s AI assistant reads or updates a project, that person appears in the collaborator dots with a blue ring, even if they don’t have the project open in their browser. Hover the dots to see which tool it is, for example “Using Claude now”. They stay shown as active for a couple of minutes after the assistant’s last action, so you know when to expect changes and when it’s finished.
