## Connect Gemini CLI in 2 minutes

Add the Lucidly MCP server, then sign in to Lucidly in your browser. No API keys.

### Gemini CLI

Add the server:

`gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user lucidly https://mcp.lucidly.so/mcp`

Then sign in from inside Gemini CLI:

`/mcp auth lucidly`

The Gemini app doesn't support custom MCP servers yet. Gemini CLI does.

### Does Lucidly work with Gemini?

Yes, through Gemini CLI. Add Lucidly's server with gemini mcp add, then sign in with /mcp auth lucidly. The Gemini app doesn't support custom MCP servers yet.

### Can Gemini CLI fix client feedback in my code?

Yes. It reads the comment and screenshot from Lucidly, makes the change in your project, and replies on the ticket with what it did.

### Can I add Lucidly to one project only?

Yes. Use --scope project instead of --scope user to save it in that project's settings.

### Do my clients need an AI tool or a Lucidly account?

No. Clients leave comments through a comment-only link without an account. Only you connect your AI tool, and it acts with your permissions.

### Does connecting an AI tool cost extra?
