Every comment gets a screenshot, the page, the device, and a ticket number like LUC-42.
3. ### Claude picks it up
Claude reads the ticket and screenshot over MCP, sums up what matters, replies, and tags the right person.

Setup

## Connect Claude in 2 minutes

Add the Lucidly MCP server, then sign in to Lucidly in your browser. No API keys.

### Claude web & desktop

Open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

Name it Lucidly and paste this URL:

`https://mcp.lucidly.so/mcp`

Click Connect and approve access in the Lucidly window that opens.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector once and each member connects their own Lucidly account.
