Setup

## Connect ChatGPT in 2 minutes

Add the Lucidly MCP server, then sign in to Lucidly in your browser. No API keys.

### ChatGPT web

In Settings, open Apps & Connectors, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode.

Choose Create, name it Lucidly, and paste this URL:

`https://mcp.lucidly.so/mcp`

Choose OAuth, click Create, and approve access in the Lucidly window that opens.

Developer mode is in beta on ChatGPT Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu. On workspace plans, an admin may need to turn it on first.

### Can ChatGPT connect to Lucidly?

Yes. ChatGPT supports custom MCP connectors in developer mode. Add Lucidly's server URL, sign in, and ChatGPT can read and act on your website feedback.

It can list comments by project, page, status, or device, see each comment's screenshot, summarize what's open, reply on threads, and move tickets between statuses.

### Which ChatGPT plans support custom connectors?

OpenAI offers developer mode on Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu, with full read and write support rolling out to workspace plans first. Check your plan's settings for Developer mode.

### Do my clients need an AI tool or a Lucidly account?

No. Clients leave comments through a comment-only link without an account. Only you connect your AI tool, and it acts with your permissions.
